Submitting Your Design ✉️
We accept most formats: JPEGs, PNGs, tech packs, swatches, visual references — half-scribbled cocktail napkins (yes, we’ve gotten those — not the most ideal, but we’ll do our best!). While we can’t promise exact replication from photos, we’ve become highly skilled at interpreting them to produce close-knit results. Just be sure to include accurate garment measurements, as fabric behavior depends heavily on dimensions and construction.

Programming 💻
Once we receive your design, it enters the queue for our programming team. We allow a little time for your project to reach the front of the line —  It’s where your concept begins translating into technical language — the code that guides our machines to bring your vision to life.

Machine Setup ⚙️
This is where the process gets hands on — we begin to see your stitch truly take shape. It’s normal to revisit programming for fine-tuning, alongside making real-time adjustments on the machine. Since every design reacts uniquely, we adapt as we go to bring your vision to life as faithfully as possible.

Cut & Sew ✂️ 🪡
We produce your initial full garment sample and carefully assess how it behaves through cut and sew, hanging, and finishing. Each fabric reacts differently, so this is the stage where we fine-tune the details and solve for any challenges that might arise during production. It’s not uncommon to make last-minute adjustments to both programming and machine setup based on what we learn as your garment’s measurements and proportions come to life.

Revisions ⛓️💥
Once the first sample is in your hands, you get to take a close look. We listen carefully to your feedback and make the necessary tweaks, delivering a second sample that better fits your vision.

Final Thoughts 💭
What you see as a finished garment is the result of countless hours of meticulous craftsmanship and unwavering attention to detail. Behind the scenes, our team invests vigorous man-hours, working through pounds of yarn and the steady rhythm of cutters and sewers bringing your vision to life. Having been in this business long enough, we’ve learned to anticipate many challenges before they arise—but the truth is, the first rule of our craft is that you never quite know what surprises await.

This is where we get to work — for real. The sampling is done, the details are locked in, and now it’s time to execute at scale. Based on the approved samples and feedback, we move forward with full-scale production, staying true to every stitch, spec, and decision we’ve made together.

This is our moment to shine — no shortcuts, no surprises. We take our time to get it right, just like we always have. Ideally, by now we have your custom packaging, tags, and any other branding elements ready to go. From there, we finish everything with care, box it up, and get it ready to ship.

The vision becomes real — and it’s ready to move.
